Paper retention aid
Fillers, fines, fibers and minerals could be selectively retained in the sheet by optimizing retention. This approach will increase the paper quality and improving productivity. Well controlled retention will also improve dewatering and the retention of other papermaking chemicals. BOYUAN cationic polymer is designed to improve the water holding capacity, drainage and operation of machines. 

Dewatering and water treatment

Our cationic polyacrylamide is used in the treatment of plant water, wastewater and sludge and to increase the machines speed and production rate. For the treatment of white water and wastewaters in the paper process, our cationic polymers could neutralize the anionic charge trash in the water circuit and are very effective in treatment.

Drainage Aid

Our cationic polymers with low molecular weight and high cationic charge are suitable for used as drainage aid.

Products Feeding:
The solutions of BOYUAN cationic polymers must be prepared in suitable plants equipped with dry powders feeding and dispersion units and with continuous and moderate agitation. The dissolution water must have a temperature included between 10°C and 40°C; For a correct use of BOYUAN cationic polymerization and in order to achieve the best possible results, it is necessary to allow a “maturation” time of 60 minutes. When treating turbid water, the flocculants solution must be added to the water in a point of average turbulence, in order to achieve a thorough and homogeneous mixing without impairing the flock formation.
